DESCRIPTION:

God had placed this project on my heart and I felt called to create something that could be shared. The mission behind this Faith Based Fitness Planner was to create one space. One space to help all women build their faith, work on their health and wellness goals consistently, keep up with work/home demands, and organize the hustle & bustle of life! I personally was working with so many different sources; a planner, a notebook, a gratitude journal, a to-do list & a prayer journal - throughout the day and the idea to combine everything into one planner finally came to life.

My hope is that this passion project of mine will bless your life in some way and bring you closer to your relationship with God while living out a happier and healthier lifestyle.
